Massage therapist accused of sexual battery on client at Miami Beach spa

Dominic Abosi, 30, accused of touching client's clitoris without consent

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A Miami Beach massage therapist was arrested Wednesday on a sexual battery charge.

According to an arrest report, the victim went to Tao Spa, at 1000 West Ave., Dec. 6 for a massage.

The woman told detectives that Dominic Abosi, 30, was giving her a massage for about 20 minutes when he massaged her clitoris without her consent for five-six seconds.

Police said Abosi digitally penetrated the victim for about three seconds until she told him to stop. 

The victim told detectives that Abosi stopped, and then continued massaging her for about 25 minutes while she was in fear and shock.

Police said the victim went to the Miami Beach Police Department the next day to report the incident.

Authorities said Abosi's employer confronted him about the incident on the day it occurred and said that he wrote a statement regarding the incident to his employer.

The contents of the statement were redacted from the arrest report.
