MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A man who was wearing a dress exposed his genitals to a woman and her daughter Wednesday at a fast-food restaurant in Miami Beach, authorities said.
The incident was reported at the McDonald's at 1650 Washington Ave.

According to an arrest report, the woman and her 14-year-old daughter were eating inside the restaurant when they got up from the table momentarily.
Police said the pair returned to find a homeless man, Fernando Augusto Osorio, 40, trying to eat their food.
Police said the mother got into an argument with Osorio and Osorio walked away from her.
According to the arrest report, the woman's daughter became distraught and started to cry as she pointed at Osorio, who was standing across from them, holding his dress up to expose his penis.
Police said Osorio showed his penis to the family multiple times and fondled himself in front of them.
A witness inside the restaurant took a photo of Osorio and showed it to an officer, authorities said.
Police said the officer spotted Osorio on Lincoln Road and called out to him.
Osorio walked away from the officer and tried to pull away from him after the officer grabbed his arm, authorities said.
Osorio was eventually placed in handcuffs and taken to the police station.
As officers were impounding Osorio's property, they found numerous condoms and female underwear, the arrest report stated.
Osorio is being held on charges of committing a lewd act in front of a minor and resisting an officer without violence.
