WASHINGTON – U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., is holding a news conference Wednesday afternoon to unveil his plan to address gun violence.
Rubio was joined by U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla., as he discussed his proposed legislation on gun violence restraining orders.
