Man handcuffed outside home

MIRAMAR, Fla. – Two people, including a teenager were shot Tuesday afternoon at a house in Miramar, authorities said.

Tania Rues, a spokeswoman for the Miramar Police Department, said the homeowner's boyfriend got into an argument with another man around 5 p.m. inside the home in 7900 block of Ramona Street. At some point shots were fired, and the boyfriend of the homeowner's daughter and his brother were wounded in the shooting, Rues said.

Rues said the homeowner's boyfriend was taken into custody. The view from Sky 10 showed the man in handcuffs outside a patrol car.

Miramar Fire Department officials said they transported the teen to Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines. Rues confirmed that the second victim was driven to the hospital.
