Shooting leaves man wounded in Lauderhill, police say

LAUDERHILL, Fla. – Detectives are investigating a shooting Tuesday night in Lauderhill. 

Lt. Mike Santiago, a spokesman for the Lauderhill Police Department, said officers responded to the area surrounding a Wendy's fast-food restaurant at  1899 NW 40 Ave.

Witnesses said a man walked into the fast-food restaurant wounded.
