MIAMI – Fienberg-Fisher K-8 Center Assistant Principal Don Clippinger appeared in federal court Thursday and was granted a $200,000 bond.
Clippinger was arrested Tuesday morning in Miami Shores after federal agents raided his home and discovered child pornography on his computer, authorities said.
A federal judge ordered Clippinger to be placed on 24-hour house arrest after his release, and he is not permitted to attend church or work at the Miami Beach school.
His brothers put up their homes as collateral.
Miami-Dade County Public Schools officials said they are taking steps to terminate Clippinger's employment.
Clippinger made his first court appearance on Wednesday, and relatives showed up to support him.
Parents from the Miami Beach school also showed up to express their concerns about the allegations.

According to a criminal complaint, authorities began an undercover operation in October 2015 of an internet-based video conferencing application that is used by people who are interested in exchanging child pornography and/or sexually abusing children.
Authorities said Clippinger watched pornographic videos of children on the application numerous times and said agents found child pornography on his home computer.
