Deputies arrived as the car was leaving and followed it before conducting a traffic stop.

During a search of the car, deputies found two skimming devices, cordless drills and a set of keys used to open the gas pumps.

Detectives said the driver, Michel Varona-Saavedra, and passenger, Yoandy Perez-Del Prado, were arrested.

Investigators later found skimming devices at a Citgo and 7-Eleven in addition to the one at the Sunoco. They said they also found Varona-Saavedra in possession of five counterfeit credit cards.
