South Floridians know what it's like to drive around, be backed up and to later have someone race around and cut back in.
But you probably didn't know it's highly illegal and the ticket is nearly $200.
The good news is, it's what's bugging police, too.
Police told Local 10 Investigates the legal way to stop all of this is to safely close the gap with the car in front of you, and not let anyone cut in.
Police said drivers have the right of way in this situation. Safely enforcing that right will stop you from being bugged.
