Florida authorities search for missing, endangered 4-year-old girl

FDLE: Nonverbal child last seen Saturday in Saint Lucie County

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. – Authorities issued a missing child alert for a 4-year-old girl who was last seen Saturday in Saint Lucie County, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said Sunday.

Police said Chelsea Noel, who is nonverbal and considered to be endangered, was last seen in the 4600 block of Southwest Keats Street in Port St. Lucie wearing a long pink nightgown that said "Princess."

Noel has brown eyes and black hair with braids, police said. She weighs 40 pounds and is 3 feet tall. She has a birthmark lighter than her skin tone from her neck to her chest.

Port St. Lucie police are urging anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department at 772-871-5000 or 911.
