Scott raising big money for re-election campaign

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Fla. Gov. Rick Scott's approval ratings are low, but his ability to raise campaign money is high.

Scott is raking in the dough from a variety of well-heeled donors, including billionaire Wayne Huizenga of Fort Lauderdale. 

Huizenga recently wrote Scott a check for $250,000.

Altogether, Scott raised a whopping $4.6 million in the first three months of this year.

He's up for re-election in 2014.
