"I saw a couple people pull a child out and he was just limp as a noodle," Reusch said.

The couple was on vacation from Ohio, where they were at a children's hospital.

Reusch and her husband began performing CPR on the 10-year-old boy.

"My husband, who is a respiratory therapist, came over to see if he had a pulse and with all the commotion it was really difficult to tell whether or not he had a pulse," Reusch said. "People were pulling on him and wanting to turn him to his side."

Reusch got the boy to start breathing again. She said he was "out of it and confused."

The boy was taken to an area hospital, where he spent the night.
