PLANTATION, Fla. – A gas leak at an Outback Steakhouse in Plantation prompted the evacuation of a shopping center.
Plantation firefighters were called to the gas leak at the restaurant located in Jacaranda Square at 1823 Pine Island Road.
Firefighters said the shopping mall was evacuated as a precaution.
The gas leak was capped minutes later and the mall was reopened for business.
