FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Bodycam video shows a different view from a front desk fight at a Fort Lauderdale hotel.
In the video, Best Western hotel employee Raymond Rachal is seen on video arguing with police officers who arrived on the scene after he said he was attacked by a guest.
The hotel employee told police that guest Jason Rabae was drunk and yelled racial slurs at him.
In the video, you can see Rachal get up and start throwing punches at another man who showed up suddenly and immediately came behind the desk, toward the employee.
When police showed up they said that Rachal had the man in a headlock. They ordered him to let the man go, but he refused.
Rachal was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer.
An internal affairs investigation is underway.
