HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – A 19-year-old from Hollywood appeared in court Thursday for allegedly engaging in child pornography.
Law enforcement said that 19-year-old Daniel Durocher admitted to masturbating to pictures and videos they said included children engaging in various sex acts. Detectives also located self-produced videos of who they described as an “unseen male” masturbating to the images.
Some of the children were between the ages of 4 to 6 years old. There were 125 images of young children, according to the arrest form.
Local 10 News captured video of the raid on Durocher’s home as officers executed a search warrant in the 1400 block of North 46th Avenue on Wednesday, March 30.
The arrest form said the images were saved on Durocher’s iPhone 6 that was located near his bed.
In January, authorities say they received a tip about the disturbing material circulating on a messenger service.
Durocher has been charged with multiple counts of possession of child pornography and compiling child pornography onto a computer.
A judge set bond at $45,000.
