DAVIE, Fla. – A horse got stuck in a canal in Davie and had some trouble getting out on Wednesday morning.
Davie Fire Rescue was called to the scene to help the troubled animal at Vista Park Boulevard and Bonaventure Boulevard.
Crews used a rope to help the horse get out of the water safely, and once the horse was out, it did not appear to have any injuries.
It’s unclear how the horse ended up in the canal.
