Man shot in Lauderhill, search now on for 2 suspects

Lauderhill, FLA ā€“ Lauderhill police officers are searching for two suspects in connection with a shooting that left one man hurt Sunday evening.

According to police, the shooting took place along Northwest 56th Avenue and 21st Street at around 6:30 p.m.

Officers tell Local 10 News that a man arrived in the area to sell an iPad to someone.

But thatā€™s when they say two men showed up and robbed them of the device instead.

Police say when the victim started to run away, one of the suspects shot him in the back.

The victim was transported to Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale with non-life threatening injuries.
