Group of 6 migrants intercepted by agents in Miami Beach

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A group of migrants was taken into custody in Miami Beach on Wednesday.

According to the U.S. Border Patrol, six migrants were found after agents responded to what they described as a maritime smuggling event.

Authorities said three of the migrants were from China and two were from the Dominican Republic.

The sixth migrant came from Haiti.

Border patrol is investigating the incident.
