Reward offered for information about fatal Pompano Beach shooting

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. ā€“ Broward Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest in a fatal shooting that occurred last September.

The shooting happened around 10 p.m. on Sep 16, 2022, outside of a home near the 2800 block of Northwest Second Street.

According to authorities, Broward Sheriffā€™s Office deputies and Pompano Beach Fire Rescue responded to the scene where they located 18-year-old Lamarius Walker on a roadway outside of the home suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives said BSO Homicide and Crime Scene Units responded to investigate and believe there were multiple subjects involved in the shooting.
