MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A fatal crash that occurred overnight Saturday in northwest Miami-Dade is under investigation.
It happened around 1:40 a.m. near the intersection of Northwest 79th Street and 12th Court in the county’s West Little River neighborhood.

According to Miami-Dade police, officers responded to the scene and found a woman on the road who was pronounced dead after she was struck by a vehicle.
Police have not released any additional information about the victim involved in the crash.
It remains unclear if the driver who struck the woman will face any charges.
