PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – A man detailed to Pembroke Park detectives how he molested a 10-year-old girl on multiple occasions before telling them he “should’ve just asked for a lawyer,” according to his arrest report.

Nivenson Sarazin, 37, was arrested Friday morning on charges of sexual battery on a minor, battery on a child by throwing, tossing, projecting or expelling certain bodily fluids or materials and possession of child pornography.

According to the report, Sarazin initially denied the accusations against him, but after several hours of questioning, he finally admitted to all accusations after a detective lied to him, saying the victim had secretly videotaped him masturbating in front of her and that she had wiped herself with a sock after he ejaculated on her and provided that sock to law enforcement.

Police said Sarazin admitted to pulling the victim’s pants down and molesting her on multiple occasions.

According to the report, he told detectives he knows it is “not normal to touch a minor,” but said that he “loses control” when the victim is around him.

When asked how he “loses control,” Sarazin said his heart starts racing and his blood starts pumping when he is near the victim, authorities said.

According to the report, Sarazin admitted that the victim had told him “stop” or said “no” during at least some of the incidents, and also told him “don’t put it inside me,” referring to his penis.

Police said Sarazin told a detective that he should have just asked for an attorney when he was questioned about the victim’s claims that he had taken photos of her vagina with his cellphone.

According to the report, Sarazin said he was no longer interested in answering the detective’s questions and the interview was stopped.

Police said Sarazin was then transported to the Broward County Main jail and his cellphone was confiscated as evidence.

As of Friday afternoon, Sarazin was being held without bond.
