After a 2017 conviction on the charges of lewd or lascivious battery and lewd or lascivious molestation, Gill was sentenced to two years of community control and about 13 years of probation.

On Wednesday, Gill, now 28, was back at the Broward County main jail in Fort Lauderdale accused of violating his state probation as a registered sex offender.

According to state records on registered sex offenders, Gill was registered as living at the Budget Inn along North Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale, in October.

According to the arrest warrant, a state probation officer reported Gill used his phone on March 22 to access content relevant to his “deviant behavior” in violation of his “treatment plan.”

Fort Lauderdale police officers arrested Gill and Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies booked him on Tuesday. He was held without bond. Broward County Circuit Judge N. Hunter Davis is set to preside over the case.

Detectives asked anyone with information about this or other cases to call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
