Reward offered for info that leads to arrest in fatal Fort Lauderdale shooting

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Broward Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of a suspect who police say shot a man dead in Fort Lauderdale last month.

It happened on March 7 near the 1300 block of Chateau Park Drive.

Local 10 News was at the scene on the night of the shooting where a white GMC pickup truck and a black Cadillac could be seen parked in the driveway with bullet holes.

Despite the two tarps, Fort Lauderdale police confirmed the victim, who they later identified as 19-year-old Rashaun Craig, was pronounced dead.

Police say the culprit is still at large.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the Fort Lauderdale Police Department or Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.

Tipsters can receive a reward of up to $5,000 for any information that leads to an arrest.
