According to the report, the victim described herself as being drunk to police and said Torres picked her up, but instead of taking her home, he stopped in an alleyway near her house.

The victim told police that Torres moved her from the front seat to the back seat of his vehicle, where he pulled down her pants and raped her.

According to the report, the victim tried multiple times to push Torres off of her, but was unable to do so.
