“We became a everyday gathering place for those who lived and worked in Brickell and for the past four years, The Roads. I watched with pride and a little astonishment as our Brickell neighborhood grew into a world-class hub for international business,” said Perricone.

According to the restaurant’s website, it first opened its doors in Miami’s “The Roads” neighborhood 20 years before relocating to its current location in March of 2020, right before the COVID pandemic.

It remained open for delivery and takeout for a stretch, but as coronavirus cases ticked up in the spring, Perricone closed for about a month.

Perricone said after 27 years serving Miami, the restaurant will close on Thursday, May 16, 2024.
