His website promotes his fitness program, saying he trains at a downtown Fort Lauderdale gym. The website is filled with client reviews and it boasts that he has appeared on national television.

It was on Aug. 1 when police first released images of the suspect who they said used a smart phone to record two women in the changing room at H&M.

The women, who were visiting South Florida from Georgia, quickly alerted the authorities, but the suspect fled.

Sunrise police officers eventually put out a flyer with photos of the suspect in the mall from after the incident.

Local 10 News’ Cody Weddle spoke with someone who works with Constantine. They said he is a married family man and that everyone who knows him is shocked by the allegations.

Constantine is facing six counts of digital voyeurism and is being held on a $50,000 bond.
