HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. – Hallandale Beach commissioners say they want to go after the owners of mobile home parks in their city who aren’t taking care of their flooding problems.
“The owners are slum landlords -- I’m just saying that on behalf of Annabelle, not the city,” said Hallandale Beach Vice Mayor Anabelle Lima-Taub. “There has to be some mechanism of holding these mobile home park owners responsible.”
