Pembroke Pines police arrest man for alleged drug distribution

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – Pembroke Pines police arrested a man found with more than three pounds of cannabis and a loaded firearm during a traffic stop.

According to a social media post by police, officers conducted the traffic stop late Tuesday night.

Officers said they found 3.3 pounds of cannabis, items consistent with drug distribution and a loaded firearm.

The suspect, a resident of West Park, was detained and now faces several felony charges.
