Police said Del Sol tried to obtain a fraudulent deed to the Pembroke Pines home of a man, 49-year-old Timothy Stark, who died on Aug. 26, 2024.

Stark purchased the home in 2009, police said. He is survived by his wife and their four young children, who all live in the home valued at over $1 million.

Police said the Broward County Property Appraiser’s Office was notified of the property ownership change and notified the BCPA’s Crimes Against Property Unit after noticing discrepancies in the new deed, which was recorded in October, 2024.

The deed was purportedly executed by Timothy Stark despite him passing away two months prior, police said.

According to authorities, the deed was transferring the property to Del Sol, but when police notified the Stark family, they confirmed they did not know who Del Sol was.

Additionally, authorities said the notary whose name and stamp were used on the deed said that he never notarized the deed.

Del Sol has since been charged with several felonies, including grand theft, fraudulent use of personal identification information, criminal use of deceased personal identification information, and unlawful filing of false documents.
