MIAMI — Clavicular is in trouble again.
The controversial streamer and influencer, known for promoting “looksmaxxing,” is facing a new criminal charge, this time in Miami-Dade County.
The Miami New Times reports the charges against the 20-year-old, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, come in connection with a March incident in the Everglades in which he appeared to shoot a dead alligator. The publication reports that prosecutors “quietly” filed the charges April 29.
Court records show Peters, along with two others, is facing a misdemeanor charge of unlawful discharge of a firearm after the March 26 incident at the Everglades and Francis S. Taylor Wildlife Management Area.
Peters would end up in jail one county to the north later that day for an unrelated reason: Fort Lauderdale police arrested him in connection with a warrant out of central Florida.
In that case, Osceola County deputies said he “instigated” a fight between his girlfriend, Violet Marie Lentz, and a 19-year-old woman at an Airbnb near Kissimmee.
Peters posted the Feb. 2 fight on social media “to exploit the two women,” deputies said.
Lentz, 24, was also facing a misdemeanor charge in connection with the incident, authorities said.
In April, Peters ― who has been open about using drugs like methamphetamine ― was reportedly hospitalized in Miami after an overdose.
As for the Everglades case, records show Peters is set to face a Miami-Dade judge on May 20.
