COOPER CITY, Fla. — The Broward Sheriff’s Office is investigating a bomb threat that was made Tuesday afternoon against Cooper City High School.
According to deputies, the threat to the school at 9401 Stirling Road was received just after 12:30 p.m.
Deputies responded to the campus to investigate the threat and the agency’s Threat Management Unit was also notified.
Deputies said the school was placed on lockdown as a precaution, but the school district later confirmed that the “all clear” has since been given.
No other details were immediately released.
