Miami falls to Buffalo 23-21

MIAMI – The Buffalo Bills stunned the Miami Dolphins on Sunday at Sun Life Stadium.

Former Dolphin Dan Carpenter connected on a 31-yard field goal in the final moments to seal the Bills win.

The Dolphins got off to a slow start.

Ryan Tannehill threw an interception on the team's first possession.

Nickell Robey returned it 19-yards for a Bills touchdown.

Buffalo extended their lead to 14-0 on a Fred Jackson 3-yard touchdown run.

In the second quarter, the Dolphins struck back.

Charles Clay caught a 7-yard touchdown to cut the lead to 14-7.

Right before the half, Brandon Gibson had an acrobatic touchdown catch.

The Dolphins trailed 17-14 at the half.

In the 3rd quarter, Tannehill hit Brandon Gibson for a 4-yard touchdown.

The Dolphins took a 21-17 lead.

The Dolphins were able to protect Ryan Tannehill nearly the whole game.

However, late in the 4th quarter, Mario Williams stripped Tannehill.

Buffalo recovered.

The Bills milked the clock, leading to the Carpenter field goal.

The Dolphins have now lost 3 straight games.

They travel to New England next week.
