According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Miami is the sweatiest city in the South, and the fourth sweatiest in the entire country.
USA Today reports the study puts Miami ahead of locations like Phoenix and parts of California which recently hit temps above 110 degrees.
In fact, New York, Washington, DC and Chicago, all northern cities, claimed the top 3 spots on the list.
"It's not always the highest temperatures that get you," Radley Horton, a climate scientist at Columbia University, told the newspaper. "Sometimes, it's the combination of high temperatures and humidity."
Other factors, like stress, also figure into the rankings as high-powered jobs also make you sweat.
