Medical examiner Valerie Rao said Tuesday during her testimony that what defense attorneys described as an injury was just the shape of George Zimmerman's head.
"You see that swollen," Defense attorney Mark O'Mara said.
"No, that's the shape of his head. I think," Rao said.
