Michy’s Hot Chocolate

Michy’s Hot Chocolate (WPLG, INC.)

Hot Chocolate

4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, best quality available (I like Scharffenberger), chopped

2 cups milk

Marshmallows

Heat the milk in a small, heavy bottom saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the chocolate until melted.

Place a few marshmallows in a mug and top with hot chocolate.
