Tahini (WPLG, INC.)


1 16-ounce jar of tahini, I love Soom brand

3 cups cold water

juice of 2 lemons, freshly squeezed

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1½ teaspoon salt

½ tablespoon Aleppo chili

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Taste for seasoning and adjust if desired.
