Blueberry Granola Sundae (WPLG, INC.)

Blueberry Sundae

Freeze dried blueberry

2 pints blueberries

1-1½ cornstarch

1½ cup sugar

Make a slurry with the cornstarch, add in as needed to thicken

Topping: oats, flax seed, butter, oil, honey, maple surup, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, pecans

Make a granola: add in freeze dried blueberries

Vanilla ice cream
