Officer hits students celebrating after girls' soccer game victory

Cell phone video out of Texas shows police officer tripping students

Vandegrift High School students stormed a soccer field in Austin, Texas, after their soccer team made history Saturday.

A YouTube video shows a police officer  rushed to the field too. The team won the school's first state championship, but he wasn't in a celebratory mood.

The uniformed officer -- who is seen tripping and pushing students -- is bound to get a penalty card, as soon as the Georgetown Police Department finishes its investigation.
