DAVIE, Fla. – Ryan Tannehill has still not been named the starter for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Tannehill is listed on top of the Dolphins depth chart as quarterback.
However, when asked directly about it on Tuesday, once again Joe Philbin refused to name a starting QB.
Philbin is looking over the Dolphins entire roster after a disappointing second straight loss.
The Dolphins (1-2) travel to London on Sunday to take on the Raiders (0-3).
