PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Local10.com managing editor Peter Burke, sports reporter Clay Ferraro and sports producer Tory McMahon all tied for first-place in last week's college football picks.
Burke, Ferraro and McMahon were 9-3 after last week's slate of games, while executive sports producer David Lang was 8-4 on the week.

The difference was Auburn's 35-31 victory at Mississippi, which lost its second consecutive game after a 7-0 start to the season. Lang was alone in picking the Rebels to stay alive in the College Football Playoff hunt.
Nobody on the panel saw Connecticut upsetting UCF, 37-29, for its second win of the season. The same was true of UAB's 31-28 victory at FAU -- resulting in the first home loss of the season for the Owls -- and Florida running wild over Georgia in a 38-20 rout.
Burke, who is the leader with an overall record of 81-29, is taking some risks this week by picking Kansas State, which remains undefeated in Big 12 Conference play, to win on the road at TCU, and Ohio State to pull the upset at Michigan State in a rematch of last year's Big Ten Conference title game.
Ferraro is three games behind Burke in the overall standings with a 78-32 record. Lang is in third place with a 76-34 record, while McMahon is last with a 74-36 record.
McMahon is also picking Arizona State to beat Notre Dame at home.
Florida State, Florida, FAU, Oklahoma and Oregon are unanimous picks to win this week.
