CORAL GABLES, Fla. – A few days ahead of the start of camp, Miami Hurricanes quarterback Brad Kaaya picked up another preseason honor.
Kaaya was named to the National Performer of the Year watch list.

The sophomore is one of 32 players on the list.
It's the sixth preseason honor for Kaaya.
During his freshman season, Kaaya was the only true freshman in the country to throw for more than 3,000 yards, 26-or-more touchdowns and 12-or-fewer interceptions.
Miami opens camp Thursday.
