MIAMI – Heat guard Tyler Johnson had shoulder surgery on Wednesday.
Johnson tweeted, "Surgery went well.. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers heat nation... Will be back and better then ever... believe that."

The Heat guard is expected to miss up to two months.
Johnson has been a valuable role player for head coach Erik Spoelstra.
Johnson played in over 30 games at both shooting guard and point guard.
The Heat take on the Mavericks Wednesday night in Dallas.
