Heat All-Star Chris Bosh to compete in Three-Point Shootout

MIAMI – Chris Bosh leads the Miami Heat in three-pointers this season, he's having his best season shooting the long ball and will now put those skills to the test during All-Star Weekend.

The NBA announced on Thursday that Bosh will compete in the 2016 Foot Locker Three-Point Shootout competition on February 13th at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, where Bosh began his NBA career before joining the Heat.

Bosh will face stiff competition during the star-studded event as he is joined by defending champ Stephen Curry (Warriors), Klay Thompson (Warriors), James Harden (Rockets), Kyle Lowry (Raptors), Khris Middleton (Bucks) and J.J. Redick (Clippers.)

Bosh will become the seventh Heat player to take part in the three-point shooting contest. Past Miami Heat three-point contest winners include James Jones (2011), Daequan Cook (2009), Jason Kapono (2007) and Glen Rice (1995).
