Dolphins select RB Kenyan Drake in NFL draft

Fins go with Alabama back in third round

The Dolphins drafted Alabama RB Kenyan Drake in the 3rd round of the NFL draft on Friday night.

Davie, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins filled a big need in the third round of the NFL draft on Friday night when they selected Alabama running back Kenyan Drake.

The Bama product is an explosive player who will help fill the void at running back following the free-agency departure of Lamar Miller.

Drake is described as an agile back who can go the distance.

The 6-foot, 210 lbs back is also versatile as he's able to line up in the slot and make plays in the passing game and out of the back field.
