The meetings were reportedly a one-on-one conversation without Pat Riley present.
ESPN's Zach Lowe tweeted that there was no "immediate resolution to report."
Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical tweeted earlier Wednesday that the Heat had yet to set up a meeting with Wade, while the Milwaukee Bucks are back in the equation despite having their meeting with Wade canceled yesterday.
But later in the day it was confirmed that Arison would represent the Heat in a pitch to Wade.
Wade also met with Denver Nuggets on Wednesday. A scheduled meeting with the Chicago Bulls was called off due to transportation issues.
Wednesday evening, Wojnarowski reported that the Bulls were calling teams to unload contracts, trying to create cap space.
Milwaukee Journal Sentinel writer Charles Gardner reports that the Bucks were also set to meet with Wade in New York City.
Gardner says the move comes despite the Bucks having the salary cap space to make a Wade deal happen.
Wade is reportedly looking for a 2-year deal worth $50 million, about $10 million more than the Heat have offered the player they drafted back in 2003.
ESPN reported that the Nuggets are willing to give Wade more than $50 million, although it's no known whether he'll be willing to relocate to a team with a poor record.
A reunion with good friend and former Heat teammate LeBron James in Cleveland has also been rumored as the relationship between Miami and Wade seems to be deteriorating a little more each day.
Wade is scheduled to co-host the "Live with Kelly" morning talk show on Thursday, only on Local 10.
