SEATTLE, Wash. – The man who is supposed to be the future of the Miami Dolphins running game didn't even travel with the team to its first regular season game.

The second year running back out of Boise State, Ajayi was expected to be the Dolphins workhouse in the backfield after Lamar Miller left Miami during the offseason.

However, Foster performance in the preseason gave him the edge heading into the season opener.

According to the Herald, Ajayi did not take the news well and teammates are looking to see how he handles the demotion.
