Local10.com 2016 college football picks: Week 5

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – A Pacific 12 Conference clash and Atlantic Coast Conference tilt loom large in this week's Local10.com college football picks.

There is a difference of opinion as to which teams will be victorious when No. 7 Stanford visits Washington and No. 3 Louisville travels to No. 5 Clemson.

Local 10 News sports reporter Clay Ferraro and investigative reporter Amy Viteri are picking the 4-0 Huskies to upset undefeated Stanford, while sports director Will Manso and meteorologist Julie Durda are standing tall with the Cardinal.

Will, Julie and Amy are picking Louisville to beat the Tigers at "Death Valley," which would almost assuredly put the Cardinals in the driver's seat to win the ACC Atlantic Division, but Clay is choosing Clemson to defend its home turf. Clemson hasn't lost at home since 2013.

The group doesn't seem to be impressed by No. 8 Wisconsin, despite impressive victories against LSU and at previously undefeated Michigan State. The Badgers will be tested in another tough environment when they take on fourth-ranked Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Florida State, Florida and Miami are unanimous picks to win.
