Amy's strong showing ties her with sports reporter Clay Ferraro for the lead at 50-15 overall. She benefited by picking FIU to beat UTEP for its second consecutive win.

Julie is one game behind with a 49-16 overall record. She and Amy were the only ones to pick North Carolina State to defeat Notre Dame.

Clay and sports director Will Manso were 4-5 in this week's picks. Will's recent slump puts him in last place with a 46-19 overall record.

The entire group underestimated No. 23 Florida State, which blocked a kick late in the game against 10th-ranked Miami to beat the Hurricanes 20-19. It was Florida State's seventh straight victory against the Hurricanes.
