Concussion protocol being investigated in Moore hit
Dolphins quarterback returned to action right after big hit
MIAMI – The NFL and players' association are both looking into a hard hit on Dolphins quarterback Matt Moore.
During the second quarter against Pittsburgh, Moore was leveled by Steelers linebacker Bud Dupree.
After the game, Moore said he never lost consciousness and was just checking to make sure that he still had his teeth.
Moore went to the sidelines and underwent concussion protocol.
He only missed one play.
Dupree was flagged for the hit.
The Dolphins lost 30-12.
