Heat point guard Goran Dragic reportedly the subject of trade inquiries

Report: Magic have expressed interest in Dragic

MIAMI – The trade speculation won't go away for Miami Heat point guard Goran Dragic with the latest report listing the Orlando Magic among a bunch of other unnamed teams that have already expressed interest.

ESPN's Zach Lowe cited league sources on the matter Friday, ahead of the Heat finishing a six-game road trip with a game in Milwaukee against the Bucks.

The man nicknamed "The Dragon" is currently averaging 19 points per game and 6.5 assists, both his best numbers since he joined the Heat in a trade with the Suns in the 2014-2015 season.

The ESPN report points out that with the Heat's dismal 11-29 record, they may not have to trade Dragic and tank in order to obtain a lottery pick in a loaded 2017 NBA draft.
