DAVIE, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins announced the signing of former Bengals linebacker Rey Maualuga on Saturday.
Maualuga developed a reputation as a run stopper during his eight years with the Cincinnati Bengals. He has started in 104 of the 114 games he's played in the NFL.

The former second-round pick by Cincy will help fill the void after 'Fins rookie Raekwon McMillan was lost to a knee injury in the preseason opener.
In another move on Saturday the 'Fins placed wide receiver Isaiah Ford on injured reserve.
